IA has 25+ years experience as a crisis management leader with extensive expertise in designing, implementing and leading enterprise-wide crisis management programs from inception for some of the largest companies in the world including General Motors, Marsh McLennan, MTR Corporation, major league sports teams, schools and universities.

As a crisis commander, Mark has successfully managing large-scale disasters including:

  • Responding to and restoring a large manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City and returning it to full operations within 42 days after receiving the impact from and F3 Tornado causing $7M in damages.

  • Responding to dozens of crises and emergencies involving large train crashes in China

  • CEO and C-suite extrication from Germany

  • Civil uprising in Czech Republic and massive flooding in Venezuela

  • Took command of the full evacuation of 17,000 employees and guests at the global headquarters on the morning of 9/11. After the earthquake and tsunami hit Japan in 2011

  • Mark was requested to extract a Fortune 100 CEO and his family out of the area. Within 24 hours, Mark was able to secure a team to get the CEO and his family out of Japan and back in the US.

 

Since 1999 IA has developed crisis management and crisis communications plans/programs for Fortune 1000 companies, major league sports teams, large transportation companies, financial institutions, hospitals and healthcare organizations, manufacturing, high-rise  structures and gaming and entertainment venues. IA’s crisis management plans include:
